The purpose of this study is to describe the visionary leadership model in shaping character student achievement SD Unggulan Al-Ya'lu Malang. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Retrieval data using observation, interviews and documentation. Observations are used support process announced by vision form actions, documentation measure planning for students that explore development policy school principals, deputy principals teachers at school. analysis reduction, presentation conclusion. Based on results involving people who see through example principal learning use contextual learning. Means ecosystem built, namely synergy three environments, family, community.
